Introduction To Silver Services

 

We began operations in February 2007 under the Limited Liability Corporation. The LLC was created in December 2006 in Louisiana and the owner is William R. Silver. We are licensed, bonded and insured. Our office is located at 1200 Louise Street in Alexandria.  

The company specializes in total quality residential painting, organizing, and cleaning services. Our leadership team includes Bill Silver, President, Dena Causey, Office and Operations Manager, Nathan Pelican, Painting Manager, and Mika Disatell, Cleaning Manager, and a host of other key players who have a customer service mind-set and are not afraid of hard work. All of our team members are honest folks with integrity and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

What We Do

 

  • Spring or Overall Cleaning
Cleaning service will be based primarily on the total scope of cleaning that needs to be done to meet our excellent standards. Our spring-cleaning includes cleaning the entire interior of a home or specific rooms, as the customer needs. This service is extremely high quality and has ‘wowed’ many customers to date.  

  • Quality Home Painting
Each project is bid individually. Our team is quality oriented and pleasant, and has a proven track record for entire interiors of homes, and large exterior jobs, with close attention to all the necessary preparation to produce a high quality job.  

  • Exterior Services
All exterior work will be bid individually, including cleaning windows, pressure washing, etc.  

  • Routine Cleaning
This service is available typically on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. What most people consider extensive or detailed cleaning is what we do every time we come into your home. Our trained staff works in teams of 2-5 people. Pricing is calculated according to a formula that includes several aspects of the services to be performed, which basically are number and size of rooms in the home, amount of furnishings, curios, artwork, etc, whether or not children or pets live in the home, special equipment and products needed for your home care, and estimated length of time needed to perform total quality work.  

  • Specialty Services
Cleaning and polishing silver, copper, brass, and other metals. Cleaning chandeliers. Cleaning all interior windows. Deep cleaning of stoves, cook tops, and appliances. Clean and flush pumps in Jacuzzi. Pricing is based on the overall scope of work to be done, number of employees needed to perform work, skill level required to perform work, special equipment and products needed for your home care.
